Hiram joined the construction industry over 45 years ago as a helper at Hinton Plumbing Company. He started a masonry and concrete subcontracting company and worked in that line of work until 1978. From 1978 until 1983 he worked as a superintendent for ARS Builders in Matteson, Illinois. ARS Builders built McDonald’s restaurants all over the county. Upon moving back to Atlanta in 1983, Hiram began working for TBK Builders, which built fast casual restaurants throughout the southeast. After working his way up to VP of TBK Builders, Hiram decided in 1987 to start his own company, Davies General Contracting, LLC. For over 36 years he has dedicated his time, energy, and passion for this industry in building the company into what it is today. Hiram is semi-retired and the company is presently run by his two sons, Jake and Kyle. Hiram is always accessible for consultations.
Jake has been in quick service restaurant construction industry at Davies General Contracting, LLC. for nearly a decade. Jake is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and received a BS Degree in Business Management. Jake ensures that the company remains a company of its word and leads the team with honesty, integrity, and strives for exceptional quality of work. He has proven to be an invaluable leader in the company as he has continuously strengthened his skills and knowledge in the construction industry as he carries on the company legacy.

Kyle has been with the company for a year and a half now. His keen eye towards detail has made him an asset to the company when it comes to project estimation. His knowledge and compassion with clients and subcontractors has built outstanding relationships and we’ve been able to increase our profit margins substantially.

Christina has been with the company for over a year now. Her keen eye for detail allows her to execute overseeing the day-to-day operations in accounting. Her excellent leadership skills and strategic thinking provide her the ability to effectively manage vendor invoices, bills and payments along with our company state licensing procedures.
Trey started working for Davies General Contracting 5 years ago. He is a dedicated project manager willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure the project is completed on budget in a timely manner. Trey is very personable and gets along with everyone, which serves him well in his role.
Katie has been with Davies General Contracting, LLC. for 2 years. Katie has developed relationships with subcontractors and suppliers through her proactive approach and willingness to assist in anyway possible. She is detail oriented, organized, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Richard has been with the company for over 2 decades and has more than 30 years’ experience in the quick service restaurant construction industry. Richard’s attention to detail, great leadership skills directing all subcontractors and material suppliers, and knowledge ensures he leads the site as if they were building something directly for him. He is well versed in both site and building components and maintains the highest quality, integrity, and scheduling of all his projects.
Brent has been with Davies General Contracting, LLC. for nearly a decade and has over 30 years of construction experience. Brent was the owner of Wells Contracting prior to Davies and specialized in building service stations and convenience stores. He has been the driving force behind every project he has done for this company and has exceeded all expectations.
Jeff has been with Davies General Contracting, LLC. for over 15 years and has over 2 decades experience in fast casual restaurant construction. Jeff possesses a strong work ethic and leadership abilities that carry over to the subcontractors he is overseeing. He maintains an unsurpassed client/contractor relationship with each client he works for.
David has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with Davies General Contracting LLC. for 2 years. Prior to joining the team, he worked in various superintendent and project manager roles. David always goes the extra mile to ensure his projects are completed on time and within budget.
John has worked for DGC for over two decades now. His exceptional experience has made him a driving force for the completion of projects that he superintends. John’s character makes him an asset to the company based on his outstanding relationships with subcontractors.
Shannon has over 2 decades experience in the housing and fast-food industry and has been with Davies General Contracting for nearly 8 years. His work experience includes supervising new construction and remodeling as both a subcontractor and self-employer. He is self- motivated, hardworking, and fully engaged in each project he does.
Ron has been in the construction industry for over 38 years, and has been with Davies General Contracting, LLC. for 5 years. He is extremely detail oriented and is very resourceful. He leads and holds subcontractors and employees to the highest standard to ensure his clients receive the best quality of work.
Troy has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with Davies General Contracting LLC. for 7 of those years. Prior to working with Davies, he served as a field superintendent in the drywall and acoustical ceiling business. He has proven to be a valuable addition to our site management team.
Ryan has been with Davies General Contracting, LLC. for 2 years. He comes with over 3 years of experience in HVAC specializing in new residential construction. He is eager to learn and ensures the highest quality standards are always met.
Landon started working for Davies General Contracting back in October of 2022. Before Davies he was an electrician for a residential company for two years. He was first interested in working for Davies because he wanted the ability to show his passion for the work he puts into the projects that he supervises. He strives to show the company how his work can impact the company in a beneficial way and can bring more success for the company. His goal is to become the best superintendent that he can be and eventually into project management.
Reggie was recently hired this year. He has proven to be an exceptional superintendent and has jumped head first into learning everything he can about commercial construction. His willingness and eagerness to see the completion of a project shows he’ll be an outstanding superintendent.
Zach started working for Davies General Contracting back in September of 2022. Before Davies he was a superintendent ffor residential construction for two years. He came to Davies General Contracting because the company provided a better work opportunity, more work experience, and it gives him the ability to gain better working relationships with our subcontractors.
