HIRAM A. DAVIES - MEMBER
Hiram's experience in the construction industry started 45 years ago as a helper at Hinton Plumbing Company. He started a masonry and concrete subcontracting company, which was his background, and continued in that line of work until 1978. At that time, he was given the opportunity to become a superintendent for a company in Matteson, lllinois, ARS Builders, who built McDonald's restaurants all over the country. ln 1983, he resigned from ARS returning to his home in Atlanta, GA, where he got a job at TBK Builders. This company also built fast casual restaurants but in the southeastern part of the country. After working his way up to VP of the company, he decided in 1987 to start his own company, Davies General Contracting, LLC. For the past 30 years, and with great pride, he has dedicated his time, energy, and passion for this industry in building his company into what it is today, a company of its word and with no excuses, with high standards for exceptional quality of work. Quality is job ONE and by serving as a partner with our clients in all aspects of the development process is how Davies General Contracting has maintained excellent relationships over the years.
JAKE DAVIES - PRESIDENT / CEO
Jake has been in fast casual restaurant construction at Davies General Contracting for over 5 years. Jake is a graduate of The Georgia lnstitute of Technology and received a BS Degree in Business Management. Jake is dedicated and does what it takes to get the job completed on time. He continues to strengthen his skills and knowledge in the construction industry and has proven to be an invaluable leader in the company.
TREY BATES - ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Trey started working for Davies General Contracting about a year ago. Trey is a dedicated assisatant project manager who will do whatever is necessary to make sure the project is completed on time and on budget.
RICHARD DAVIES - SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Richard has been with the company for over 20 years and has more than 30 years construction experience in the fast casual restaurant construction industry. He is the leader of the job site and guides all subcontractors and material suppliers as if they were building something for him directly. He is well versed in both site and building components of the job site and maintains the highest of quality, integrity and scheduling on all of his projects.
JOHN DAVIS - SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
John has been in the construction field for over 40 years and has been employed by Davies General Contracting for over 30 years. John is always the hardest working person on the job site. He dedicates himself to every job he does and meets or exceeds the expectations of everyone around him. John sets the example on the jobs as a "Hands On, Lets Get it Done" leader and has always completed his projects on time and within budget and with the owners utmost respect.
BRENT WELLS - SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Brent has over 30 years of construction experience and came to Davies General Contracting 7 years ago. Brent has been the driving force behind every project he has completed for this company. Brent is a "GET lT DONE PERSON". He maintains the quality of work and schedule and client/contractor relationships like no other in the business. Brent was an owner of Wells Contracting prior to coming to Davies, where he built service stations and convenience stores. Since he started working at Davies, he has exceeded all expectations.
SHANNON SKIPPER - SUPERINTENDENT
Shannon was hired by Davies General Contracting as a superintendent two years ago afler accumulating over 20 years in the housing and fast food industry. His work experience includes supervising new construction and remodeling as both a subcontractor and self-employer. He is a self-motivator, hard worker, and a reliable 'Jack of all trades".
RON STILWELL - SUPERINTENDENT
Ron has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He guides and holds subcontractors and employees to the highest standard of quality in the industry. He is extreamly detailed oriented and gives the clients the highest quality of work you will see in this industry.
JEFF SULLIVAN - SUPERINTENDENT
Jeff has been in the fast casual restauranl construction over 20 years and has been with this company for over 14 of those years. Jeff is a person with extremely high work ethics and dedication. He guides and holds subcontractors and employees to the highest standard of quality in the industry. Jeff provides the leadership on the job site that carries over to the subcontractors he is overseeing. Jeff is extremely detail oriented and gives the clients the highest quality of work you will see in this industry today. He maintains an unsurpassed client/contractor relationship in the construction business.
TROY WATERS - SUPERINTENDENT
Troy has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with Davies General Contracting for 3 of those years. Prior to working with Davies, he served as a field superintendent in the drywall and acoustical ceiling business. He has proven to be a valuable addition to our site management team.
